How to Raise Children to Become Innovators and Problem Solvers in the 21st Century

NIAA provides education from Pre-kindergarten to fifth grade. Our institution proudly combines the curricula of the west and east to generate a robust curriculum for the student. We believe that every student should grow nutritionally, academically, physically, socially, and morally. Character development ensures that learners become disciplined adults capable of solving world challenges. Quality education is not useful if learners are not disciplined. NIAA is aware of the challenges that learners go through and have fashioned a system that can help solve the learning challenges. Differentiated learning is our model of education. We give every student a personalized learning experience where we address their challenges. Intervention programs make the classroom an innovative space for all learners. NIAA embraces open enrollment for students. We do not discriminate against students based on their upbringing, background, race, color, or ethnicity.

NIAA prepares students for college, future careers, and military deployment. Our charter school is a place where students get prepared to face the 21st century marketplace challenges. We emphasize leadership, character development, STEAM, robotics, fine arts, athletics, academics, and more. Apart from academics, our scholars experience weekly classes in robotics, performance, singing, character development, foreign languages, and manners classes. NIAA students thrive in a discipline learning environment. Differentiated learning and properly designed intervention programs make classrooms places for innovative instruction. NIAA embraces partnerships with parents and students. Our role is to maintain positive relations with parents to help learners achieve their academic and personal goals.
