Students can achieve anything in life if they are passionate about learning and knowledge. NIAM inculcates a culture of curiosity and hunger for information in every learner. We want our students to be self-driven and disciplined. Character development empowers students to be diligent and reasonable when making important decisions in life. NICH is keen on partnering with parents and the community to help students become great in life. We offer pre-kindergarten to twelfth-grade education to our learners. The objective is to give our learners the chance to develop into responsible achievers in a serene environment. Our curriculum is a combination of the curricula of the west and the east. We prepare our students for college, military service, and their future careers. Open enrollment is our policy. We accept students from all ethnicities, backgrounds, religions, and nationalities. NICH is the place where students receive insights on how to solve the 21st century marketplace challenges. Our emphasis is on athletics, robotics, fine arts, academics, and character development.

Every student should grow nutritionally, physically, academically, behaviorally, and spiritually. NICH has the resources to give each learner personalized education. Our intervention programs and differentiated learning address the challenges every student might be going through. Students from eight-grade to twelfth grade get prepared for a future in college, the military, and careers. NICH is an institution that values partnerships with parents and the community. We understand that it takes concerted efforts to raise a child. Our school upholds positive partnerships to help propel students toward achieving their academic and personal goals. NICH encourages students to participate in athletics. Student-athletes learn the virtues of hard work, teamwork, dedication, effort, and discipline. Our school offers various sports activities around the year, including football, cross country, cheerleading, volleyball, field and track, soccer, baseball, and softball.
